The City requires Fire Suppression System Monitoring, Maintenance, and Repair Services (Services) which include, but are not limited to, inspection, testing, certification, monitoring, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, integration, and maintenance of fire suppression systems, fire alarm systems, fire alarm control panels (FACP), fire extinguishers, kitchen hood suppression systems, private hydrants, and related components. Services may be requested on a routine, preventative, emergency, or as-needed basis
