Description

The Pittsburg Marina is located at the confluence of the Sacramento and San Joaquin Rivers. See attached map for the project location. The marina sheds are equipped with galvanized rain gutter systems that have experienced significant corrosion due to long-term exposure to marine environmental conditions. The deterioration has resulted in reduced functionality and maintenance challenge. The scope includes but is not limited to preparation of biddable Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) for removal and installation of new gutter system. The City seeks professional services to evaluate the current condition and design a durable, cost-effective solution
