Description

Project Description: The project consists of providing hazardous material abatement and wall and wall finish demolition, including complete wall removal in room 100; wall paneling and adhesive; gypboard and texture; markerboards, chalkboards, and tack boards; adhesive; casework varnish and stain finish; casework hardware; surface-mounted data and electrical raceways and devices; televisions and associated parts; and air filters. Provide new wall paneling trim; patch and repair holes in interior gypboard and plaster walls; refinish walls to match existing; stain and refinish casework; paint walls; paint ceilings; paint doors and frames; and paint all room trim. Install owner-furnished markerboards and tack boards. Provide revisions to surface-mount data, electrical raceways, and devices.
