Description
The Contra Costa County Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from qualified contractor(s) to provide on-call painting services for County-owned and leased facilities. Services may include routine and as-needed interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, washing, taping, mudding, patching, minor surface repair, protective covering, cleanup, and other related painting services as requested by the County. The County seeks to establish agreements with one or more qualified contractor(s) with demonstrated experience providing similar painting services for public agencies, commercial facilities, or comparable multi-site operations. Services will be performed on an as-needed basis when authorized by County staff. The County does not guarantee a minimum or maximum quantity or dollar volume of work under any resulting agreement
