Scope of Work: Remove and dewater all remaining sludge, grit, and other materials from the digester, including any plant service water added during cleaning operations. Provide continuous ventilation and hazardous gas monitoring as outlined in the Safety section. Thoroughly clean the digester domes, interior walls, interior piping and supports, and floor cone, ensuring all residual sludge and debris are removed from structural and mechanical surfaces. Conduct cleaning with care to avoid damaging or removing protective coatings on interior surfaces. If evidence of coating damage is observed, the VENDOR shall immediately consult with the DISTRICT before proceeding. Coordinate the discharge of dewatering centrate/filtrate (if utilized on-site) with treatment plant staff to ensure compliance with operational and process requirements. Participate in a joint inspection with the DISTRICT upon completion of cleaning to verify that the digester interior is clean and ready for service.

Scope of Services: Hazardous Fuels Reduction services on the Cole Family Property located at 3025 Pioneer Trail, South Lake Tahoe Ca 96150. The total treatable acreage across all sites is approximately 50.7 acres. Project operations include the cutting, removal, and/or rearrangement of fuels to meet the vegetation treatment specifications of the Cal Fire Forest Fire Prevention Exemption. There may be a need to conduct hand felling/thinning in certain areas where mechanical equipment access is not feasible or prohibited.

Scope of Work: The Contractor shall supply sufficient hauling trucks and trailers so that the stockpiled dewatered solids residuals can be hauled and disposed of within 5 business days of commencing hauling operations. The Contractor shall be responsible for supplying a front-end loader capable of moving stockpiled material to transport trucks in a reasonable expedient, efficient and safe manner. The Contractor shall be responsible for loading their own trucks and trailers with the solids residuals. The Contractor will be responsible for any citations issued to the Contractor for overloaded trailers and bear the cost of such citations if they should occur. Any spillage of residual solids caused by Contractor shall be promptly cleaned up by Contractor at its own expense.

Scope of Work: Provide budgetary estimates and preliminary feasibility assessments for deploying ground-source heat pump systems at municipal facilities and other recommended geothermal applications.

Scope of Services: The Project involves the design and construction of a new, modern fire station to support operational needs and enhance emergency response capabilities. The solicitation seeks qualified firms to provide Owner's Representative and Construction Management services from pre-design through construction closeout.

With this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), the South Tahoe Public Utility District (“District”) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified consultants (“Consultants”) for certain corrosion protection support services. The services sought are typically outside the areas of expertise of the District’s Engineering Department, but generally needed for performing capital improvements and maintenance work associated with a water/wastewater utility. The District intends for this RFQ to remain open for SOQ submission until closed (five years after the date of issuance), and qualified Consultants may remain on a list of qualified Consultants for 5 years or until they request to be removed from the list or are removed by the District. The successful Consultants will perform all work under a Master Services Agreement (“Agreement” or MSA) when authorized by a scope-specific Task Order as further described herein. It is anticipated that the District will continue to issue Task Orders to complete work under this project for approximately ten (10) years.

The services sought are mostly within the area of expertise of the Districts engineering department (construction management and construction inspection), but due to the expansion of its Capital Improvement Program, this support is needed to offset the workload of the Department. Some services covered under this RFQ, however, are outside the expertise of the Department (special inspection and materials testing), but generally needed for performing capital improvements and maintenance work associated with a water/wastewater utility. The District intends for this RFQ to remain open for SOQ submission until closed (five years after the date of issuance), and qualified Consultants may remain on a list of qualified Consultants for 5 years (or until they request to be removed from the list or are removed by the District), at which time the listed firm will be asked to submit revisions or updates to the SOQ. The successful Consultants will perform all work under a Master Services Agreement (Agreement or MSA) when authorized by a scope-specific Task Order as further described herein. It is anticipated that the District will continue to issue Task Orders in response to this RFQ for approximately ten (10) years.

Project Description: The Architect/Engineer (A/E) shall program, design, and deliver a fully functional new Fire Station 71.

Scope of Services: The Phase 1 services shall include preliminary engineering design and will begin with preliminary data collection and project management. The Consultant will provide a preliminary engineering report outlining the following: Review, inspect, and categorize damage to the roof system and other building appurtenances and provide alternatives to rehabilitation and/or replacement. Evaluate the existing exhaust system and air exchanges, and if insufficient (or damaged) provide alternatives to modify or enhance to provide adequate ventilation to ensure employee safety and prevent rust from returning. Evaluate the use of the building cranes and the structural support required and provide any 2 | Page recommendations for safe and structurally sound use. Include any relevant OSHA compliance improvements as needed. Determine a construction/rehabilitation plan that allows for the safe dewatering during the construction window. Identify a recommended rehabilitation plan Develop a Class V AAEC cost analysis for the proposed rehabilitation work and an implementation schedule.

Project Description: Installation of a prefabricated equipment storage building. Additional site components include a tarmac area, water storage tank and pump station collection system, parking area, and a new bike path that will connect the site to the rest of the campus.

Scope of Work: The project Includes providing site surveys, geotechnical investigations, utility coordination, preliminary drawings and cost estimate, final construction documents (plans, specifications, and engineers estimate), and construction support services.

Scope of Services: The work to be performed consists of: drilling and installing production wells at the Tanglewood and Sunset well sites, including site preparation, installation of temporary perimeter sound walls, reverse rotary drilling, lithologic sampling, geophysical logging, installation of casing and screen, installation of gravel pack and intermediate seals, installation of sanitary seal, well development, pump testing, and installation of surface completion.

Scope of Services: The work to be performed consists of: the installation of approximately 8700 linear feet of 16-inch diameter Class 250 ductile iron waterline pipe, and additional 500 linear feet of 12-inch and 8-inch diameter pipe, three pressure reducing valve stations, 11 hydrants, completion of five interties, 48,000 square feet of paving, temporary traffic control and stormwater pollution prevention plan compliance measures.

Scope of Services: Work to be performed includes replacement of storm drain system, abandonment of existing pipe and cleaning of the existing detention basin.

Description: The project is located in El Dorado Hills of El Dorado County, CA. The Work consists of: Sawcut 13 x 120 of asphalt and excavate 6 at the Project location, cut/remove/dispose of 80 of existing CMP, tie-in existing 30 CMP to 36 HDPE with a pour in place grout coupler, place backfill and fill back to grade with 2 sack slurry and pave back 3.
