Description
The County of El Dorad ("County") is soliciting sealed proposals from highly qualified and experienced firms (hereinafter referred to as “Proposer” or “Firm”) to provide environmental planning services for the Henningsen/Lotus Road Class I Multi-Use Trail Project (Project) for the County’s Department of Transportation. The Project is located between Lotus Road and the South Fork of the American River in Coloma, from Henningsen Lotus Park to State Route 49. The County plans to construct a Class I multi-use/bike trail and associated drainage improvements. The Project intends to select an alignment that will minimize environmental impacts, and potentially utilize elevated structures in areas of challenging terrain
