Description
The project consists, in general, of constructing approximately 4.25 miles of 4-foot-wide paved shoulders with shoulder backing, and asphalt concrete overlay on East Adams Avenue from South Cherry Avenue to 0.25 miles east of South Clovis Avenue in Fresno County, California, excluding the segment from Cedar Avenue to Maple Avenue due to the Caltrans High Speed Rail improvement. The project also includes striping, installation of signs and other miscellaneous items as specified in the plans and specifications.
