Description
The work to be done, in general, consists of hot mix asphalt, pavement striping, markers and markings, construction of asphalt concrete dike, earthwork and grading, utility adjustments, and preparation of subgrade, as specified in the Special Provisions and as directed by the City Engineer. A valid California Contractor's License, Class A, General Engineering, is required for this project. The City of Fowler has established a participation goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) of 19% for Adams Avenue Rehabilitation: Stearns to SR99
