Total Small Business Set-Aside, 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to stabilize and repair roads affected by the Dillon Fire, restoring safe travel conditions, improving drainage, and reducing erosion through treatments such as culvert work, channel clearing, hazard-sign installation, and road reconditioning. The work includes completing all specified taskssuch as mobilization, stump-hole repair, drainage dip installation, berm construction, aggregate placement, road reconditioning, and culvert and channel maintenanceto meet all project requirements.
