Description

The City of Brawley intends to improve Best Avenue from Main Street to Jones Street. The improvements consist of cold milling for the thru lanes of the street and within shoulder areas, a hot mix asphalt leveling course, asphalt rubber aggregate membrane (ARAM) and asphalt rubber hot mix (ARHM). The improvements also consist of double adjustment of water valves and manholes with new concrete collars, pavement striping, pavement markings, and markers.
