Description
The work to be performed consists, in general, of furnishing and installing street improvements north of Brundage Lane and west of Union Avenue. These streets include “V” Street from Brundage Lane to 4th Street, 1st Street from “V” Street to Union Avenue, 2nd Street from “V: Street to Union Avenue and 3rd Street from “V: Street to Union Avenue. The work includes but is not limited to concrete construction and pavement removal, pavement replacement, replacing existing curb and gutter and cross gutters, constructing new curb and gutter, commercial drive approaches, sidewalk and ADA ramps with associated items, relocation of existing fences and other facilities as necessary to provide ADA required clearances, and modification and relocation of existing landscape and irrigation as necessary to accommodate the specified work, all in conformance with the contract documents.
Project duration is 50 working days.
