Description
The City of Bakersfield is requesting bids from experienced and reputable contractors for providing a Contract for Construction of HUD-funded Curb, Gutter & Sidewalk/Union & East Truxtun. The work consists of the construction of concrete curb and gutter. Work shall be assigned by the Streets Division and shall be in both commercial and residential areas of the City. The work shall be performed under the direction of, and to the satisfaction of the City of Bakersfield Public Works Department Streets Division. Contractor shall perform work in such a manner to avoid disruption of the normal vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Questions are due by 12:00 PM on Jan 13th. Award, if any, resulting from this Invitation to Bid shall be for a one (1) year period. MBE/WBE Information & Good Faith Efforts Form required.
