In general, the work consists of the the complete remodel and renovation of the Men's, Women's and Staff Restrooms (Approximately 822 sq. Ft.) Work includes but is not limited to demolition and reconstruction of the restrooms, adjoining lockers, and Storage Rooms. Modification of the existing fire alarm system.
