The work to be performed consists, in general, of the attending the environmental training sessions, obtaining and complying with NPDES requirements and the provision and execution of a Storm Water Pollution Provision Plan (SWPPP), Construction Staking, Clearing and Grubbing, Dust Control Plan with SJVAPCD permitting, Development of a Water Supply, Earthwork Grading, Stabilization of Ground Surface, Compliance Surveying, cleanup of the project site, streets and sidewalks and all other items necessary to complete the project and as specified herein
