Cooper Creek at Witter Springs Road Bridge Replacement Project. Work includes furnish field office, construction station, construction area signs, traffic control barricade, portable changeable message sign, water pollution control plan, temporary silt fence, temporary concrete washout, water qualirt sampling and analysis, Contractor-supplied Biologist, fish protection, fugitive dust control plant, temporary high visibility fence, clearing and grubbing, roadway and structure excavation, backfill, borrow, erosion control, fiber rolls, hydroseed, aggregate base, hot mix asphalt paving, structural concrete bridge, bridge removal, salvage bailey bridge, corrugated steel pipe, rock slope protection, gravel filter, wood fence removal/replacement, reset road sign, transition railing, paving and striping. DBE goal is 23%. Project completion by 7/15/22.
