Los Angeles Neighborhood Initiative (LANI) - Byzantine Latino Quarter (BLQ) Project, located at the Northeast corner of Pico Boulevard and Hoover Street, will expand the decorative concrete and brick plazas and/or improve street scape by adding pedestrian improvements, such as street furniture, lighting and landscaping. LANI – Koreatown, located at the North side of Olympic Boulevard near Irolo Street and Normandie Avenue split, will enhance decorative concrete paving and streetscape by adding pedestrian improvements, such as street furniture, lighting and landscaping (tree grates). Federal Funds. DBE 15%
