Description
Bids are being accepted by West Basin Municipal Water District (West Basin), a Municipal Water District, for the construction of the Palos Verdes Recycled Water Pipeline Project. Project Overview: • Approximately 3.5 Miles of pipe, 10” – 4” DIA • Cities of Torrance and Palos Verdes Estates • Residential / Commercial zone • 7 new recycled water sites (11 service lines ranging dia.: 2” to 4”) • Easements: • Private alley (Paseo Las Tortugas & Torrance Utility Road) • Lago Seco Park (parking lot) • Master Meter • Permits: Contractor to obtain all permits • PCH/Anza/Montana Avenue.• Small tree removal • Jack and bore at Anza Avenue (City of Torrance) • Directional Drilling at Torrance Utility Road • Coordination with Torrance with ongoing work in City • Contractor to coordinate with SCE and Palos Verdes Estates. DBE and Local Hire participation requirements.
