Must be Prequalified. The Project is located at the Greater Los Angeles Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (GLAHS) North Campus and is centrally located near active dwellings and business facilities. The Project consists of earthwork, underground dry utility installation, removal and replacement of asphalt roads, removal and replacement of concrete and landscaped improvements, and miscellaneous civil improvements. SDVOSD and VOSB/MBE/WBE/SBE/LBE participation requirements.
