Description

This project will widen the west side of San Fernando Road to provide an additional southbound right turn lane at Balboa Road to reduce queuing and long delays for southbound traffic. Improvements include the construction of a retaining wall, better defined as a Bulkhead wall, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, AC pavement, storm-drains, street trees, street lighting, and traffic signals. DBE goal is 22%.

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
