*Subcontractor Opportunities* Exterior Painting of King & Longfellow Elementary Schools, Compton, CA

The Proposal includes all labor, equipment, supplies, tools to prepare, prime and paint exterior stucco wall. The following surfaces will be painted: All window trim, flashing. All downspouts. King ES - T 1-11 Replaced on buildings P-11, P-12, P-13, P-14 and P-3. Surface Preparation: Clean and pressure wash to remove dirt and grease from all areas to be painted. High power pressure water blaster and scrape to remove loose paint from surface. Will feather all hard edges surfaces of remaining paint. Will repair all damaged areas on the wall as needed. All metal exposed surfaces will apply a rust preventive product and prime. Material and Application: Will apply super-lac primer/sealer to all areas where paint was removed from wall. A fill coat will be applied followed by a second coat. Metal will be primed with induro-coat gray metal primer. Product to be used is Dunn Edwards exterior for metal and stucco surfaces. Logo will be painted over. Color will be determined by CUSD Paint Supervisor on later date. Will apply (2) coats of finish product. All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workman like manner according to standard practices and the work to be performed in accordance with specifications submitted for the above work.
