The Project consists of: Provide all labor, equipment, and miscellaneous materials for the repair of existing roof, repair of damaged/cracked stucco, removal and replacement of rotting posts, siding from bungalows to be replaced with cementboard siding, and replacement of gutters with Weatherweld system.
