Description
The ESFV begins at Aetna St. and Van Nuys Blvd in East San Fernando Valley within the City of Los Angeles, CA. The project continues as a center running light rail along Van Nuys Blvd for approximately 7 miles terminating at San Fernando Rd. The ESFV Contract Package interfaces with several LACMTA Contract Packages including the G- Line, Sepulveda Transit Corridor, and the North San Fernando Valley Transit Corridor. During Phase I, these Contract interfaces will be reviewed and may result in modifications to the contract limits, scope, budget, and schedule. Such modifications could result from 3rd Party requested betterments, Contractor identified efficiencies and economies, and modifications to reduce risk. DBE GFE requirements.
