Description
The Project encompasses the following overall scope: Neutral Gender Restrooms: the demolition of existing hardscape and planting areas for the construction of a new gender neutral restroom facility that will have a building footprint of approximately 700 GSF, an 1400 GSF canopy, and 3000 GSF affected site area including flatwork and landscape. Site work for the installation and connection of underground utilities to existing campus systems are anticipated.
