This RFP is intended to procure professional services for the management of construction activities (CM) for the Hamilton and Park Ave At grade crossing and ATP improvements project in the city of Pomona, CA . It is SGVCOGs intent to select the best qualified Proposer and award the CM contract under this RFP. See Appendix B & C for detailed scope of services.

The City is soliciting proposals to bidders to remove and replace the existing 10-foot-high galvanized PVC coated chain link fence along the perimeter of the Marine Ave Park Soccer Field (approx. 600 linear feet). The scope of work includes the removal and disposal of existing chain link fabric mesh, rails, braces, saw-cut post, vehicular gates, pedestrian doors, hardware, and all appurtenances. All signage and banners shall be salvaged, turned over to the City, and replaced. The contractor shall furnish and install new (aforementioned) materials in-kind unless noted otherwise in the plans and Part 10 Special Technical Provisions for the entire project. The existing steel posts are approximately 10 feet high and are to be saw-cut to an approximate height of 4 feet, and a new steel post fitted and slipped over the existing. The size of the existing posts vary from 2 to 3.5 inches in diameter. The diameter of the newly furnished posts shall be large enough to be slipped over the existing post that has been sawcut. Grout shall adequately fill the spacing between the posts and footings. Proposed framework shall include new top and bottom railings. As a substitute to a middle rail, the contractor shall install a PVC coated wire and tie it around each post at the middle height of the fence. Bracing/truss rods are to be installed at, but not limited, to all corners of the fence.

Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform concrete repair, replacement, grinding, and related improvements for the Office of Exposition Park Management.

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department is seeking bidders for the Curb Ramp ADA Improvements Project FY 2026. This project includes installing approximately 25 new curb ramps along arterial, residential, and collector streets where ramps are currently missing at priority locations. All curb ramp installations must comply with Pasadena City Standard S-414 and the 2024 edition of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.

Scope of Work: Routine weed control, pre- and post-emergent herbicide application, mechanical weed removal, fertilizer application, and site cleanup.

The work consists of removing and disposing of 69,500 square feet of hybrid Bermuda sod, rototilling the area to a depth of 8 inches, removing and disposing of approximately 80 CY of rock and debris in the upper 8 inches of soil, amend soil per agronomist testing, perform final agronomist testing after soil amending, install hybrid Bermuda sod suitable for heavy soccer use, and minor irrigation repairs as needed.

The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors who can develop native plants and tree palette for customers. Contractor shall develop a native plant and tree palette for customer use that is climate appropriate, low maintenance and fits within program budget requirements. Contractor shall coordinate with Metropolitan staff and water agency staff in each of the three cities to identify potential sites for turf replacement. Scope of work required to complete removal and replacement Upgrade of Motor Control Centers and switches and SCADA control at the Central Maintenance Facility (CMF) owned by Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA) located at: 1555 N San Fernando Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90065. The scope of work also includes remote monitoring of SCRRA equipment at the Eastern Maintenance Facility (EMF) located at 1945 Bordwell Ave. Colton, California 92324.

The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and forces necessary for the drilling, construction, development and testing of one (1) test well, designated TW-1, and one (1) monitoring well, designated MW-1, in support of the Palmdale Water District (PWD) Pure Water Antelope Valley (PWAV) project. The primary goal of the PWAV project is to develop a drought-resilient water supply for the Antelope Valley area through replenishment of the groundwater basin by injection of treated wastewater. The primary goal of the site characterization drilling program is to refine understanding of area aquifers from which an existing groundwater model can be validated and refined to confirm regulatory compliance. Among other things, this proposed program will include installation and testing of a deep test well and hydraulically downgradient monitoring well to better characterize the subsurface lithology and geochemistry, estimate potential full-scale injection capacity, and estimate aquifer transport properties.

The Project consists of: Furnishing and installing new packaged rooftop HVAC units to serve the District administrative office space, including removal of existing equipment as required and all associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work necessary for a complete and operational system. The scope includes installation of roof curbs, ductwork modifications, air distribution components, condensate drainage, and required roof penetrations with proper flashing and weatherproofing. Provide all electrical connections, and any required panel or circuit modifications to support the new equipment. Interior work includes removal and replacement of select ceiling systems and lighting fixtures as required to accommodate new ductwork and air distribution layout. All work shall be performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and applicable codes, and coordinated to minimize disruption to facility operations.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Beverly Hills has determined that all bidders for the Future Signalized Intersection Improvements Projects, must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid on the Project. Project scopes will include: Installation, modification, and/or removal of traffic signal equipment, including but not limited to: Traffic Signal Poles, Heads, Cabinets, Electrical Service Pedestals, and Electrical and communication conductors, cabling, conduit, and pull boxes related to the above equipment. Installation, modification, and/or removal of related civil improvements, including but not limited to: Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter, Curb Ramps, and Asphalt Concrete Streets: Installation, modification, and or removal of road striping and pavement markings and All other work required for the intended operation of the intersection. The Project consists of: Classroom upgrades to Valley Alternative High School & Orange Grove Middle School. Upgrades include new flooring and painting.

The Alhambra Unified School District invites the submission of informal proposals from qualified vendors to provide waste disposal, recycling, and organics collection services for District facilities. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform routine and as-needed collection, removal, and proper disposal of solid waste, recyclable materials, and organic waste, including the provision and maintenance of all required containers, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

The City of Torrance is requesting bids for the development of a Temporary Parking Lot. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct a temporary surface parking lot at the Torrance Transit Regional Center. The temporary lot will accommodate daily transit operations and customer parking needs throughout the duration of the permanent facilitys construction per the plans and specifications provided by Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. and the City of Torrance.

The City is soliciting proposals for the demolition of an existing 2,400 square-foot arch aircraft hangar and associated foundation components and the erection of a 5,000 square-foot rectangular prefabricated steel structure with a new foundation system. The location of the work is at the City's Police Department Benedict Heliport facility in the northwest area of the city. The effort will include site work around the new hangar consisting of concrete, pavement, fencing, and the installation of a Low Impact Development BMP.

The Project includes, without limitation, at the Manhattan Beach Police Department building, 420 15th Street, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to complete the Project to the Citys sole satisfaction, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. The Work includes, but is not limited to, on a phased work basis as approved by City, temporary relocation of office furniture, removal and disposal of existing flooring in specified rooms, removal of glue, baseboards/coving and other debris to a clean surface, floor grinding or filling to a flat surface, sealing of all PCC flooring surfaces, glue down of city provided LVT planks, installation of Contractor supplied 4 and 6 wall base and door thresholds, restoration of office furniture and cleanup of all work areas. This Work performance is to be in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. Refer to project plans, Special Instructions, and Technical Provisions. The quantity of Work to perform and materials to be furnished are approximations only and is the basis for the comparison of BIDS. Actual quantities of Work to perform may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer.
