Description

Under this project, the Contractor will perform renovations to the Marin County Parks Department’s Lucas Valley Field Office. Scope of work will include reconfiguration of the interior space to create a new kitchen, meeting room, restrooms, locker room, and miscellaneous support spaces; upgrades to the building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, communications and fire alarm systems; minor structural work; new interior finishes, new millwork, appliances and other appurtenances; select repairs to the building exterior including siding, gutters and downspouts, fencing and paved pathways; and construction of a new ADA parking space. The Contractor shall possess a valid ‘A’ General Engineering or ‘B’ General Building Contractor license at time of bid submittal.

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
