Construction of new TK-2 Elementary School at Prequalification and fingerprinting required. Trades will include concrete, structural steel, metal decking, framing, rough carpentry, waterproofing, roofing, doors, frames and hardware, glass and glazing, lath and plaster, tile, acoustic ceilings, flooring, painting, signage, toilet compartments, metal lockers, food service equipment, fire sprinkler systems, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, communications, Electronic Safety and Security, Earthwork, paving, fencing and gates, sitework, sanitary sewer, storm drainage and site water. 375 calendar days performance. DVBE goal of 3%.
