Construction of the Pool Replacement projects at Atwater High School and Merced High School, including demolition, site work, earthwork, concrete, asphalt paving, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, pool deck, pool construction, landscape, and other work as necessary or indicated to construct The Project. Atwater – Demo of existing pool, new 33M pool totaling 8,162 SF , 2,091 SF pump house, 1,148 SF toilet building and shade structure and bleachers. Pool deck = 11,260 SF. Alteration to existing adjacent PE building. Merced – Demo of existing pool, new 33M pool totaling 8,162 SF, 2,860 SF pump house/ toilet building, and 1,671 SF shade structures with 2 bleachers. Pool deck = 8,865 SF. Alterations to existing admin building, classroom building and gym. Prequalification is required for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, sheet metal and Pool subcontractors with the following licenses: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, C-46 and C-53. Prequalification is due by 5/01. All previously approved contractors are still qualified.
