Description
Brief Description: Carpet, Exterior Paint, and Playground Site Work. Six (6) classrooms to have new carpet. All buildings at Marina Vista Elementary School to get exterior paint. Site Work to be done for new playground. All Interior Work must be completed between June 7, 2023, and July 21, 2023. All Exterior Work must be completed between June 5, 2023, and July 28, 2023. Playground site work must be completed by June 17, 2023. Contract Duration Date: Fifty-Three (53) calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This Contract is subject to prequalification. Deadline for questions is March 29, 2023 by 4:00pm. DVBE goal is 3%.
