Description

The work within Base Bid No. 1-3, and Additive Bid No. 1, in general, shall include furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals required for construction in accordance with the Plans and these Specifications for the work herein, for the Abbott Street Sanitary Sewer and Pavement Improvements, Project No. 9981 and is fully described as follows: In general, the work shall include, but is not limited to mobilization, surveying and construction staking, removal and salvage or disposal of existing improvements, SWPPP implementation and inspections, roadway reconstruction, Full Depth Recycling-Cement (FDR-C), digout repairs, utility trenching, signs and marking, upsizing of sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manhole rehabilitation, traffic control, and all incidental and appurtenant improvements and restorations specified on the Plans and herein these Special Provisions. Such other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the Plans, the City of Salinas Standard Specifications, or these Special Provision, shall be performed, placed, constructed, and/or installed for a complete project.
