Description
The Project consists of: Modernization of Three Elementary School Campuses; Meadow Homes Elementary School, Mt. Diablo Elementary School, Rio Vista Elementary School. Work includes, but is not limited to Selective demolition and construction, including associated civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and/or electrical work. Some work may include abatement of hazardous materials. Pre-qualification required. All pre-qualification questionnaires will be accepted online until 3:00 PM, April 15, 2024, through the District’s Pre-qualification Vendor, Quality Bidders. DVBE goal is 3%.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
