Description
The work necessary for the completion of this contract consists of but is not limited to: (1) Site grading; (2) Construct segmental and cast in place retaining walls; (3) Construct storm drain facilities; (4) Construct parking lot; (5) Construct pedestrian bridge and staircase; (6) Construct vehicular and pedestrian colored concrete pavement; (7) Traffic signal modification; (8) Landscaping (planting, irrigation, lighting, furniture, and appurtenances).
Project duration is 320 consecutive working days with an anticipated start date of between July 11 and July 25, 2022. DBE Goal: 15%
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
