Description
This Project consists of demolition and removals, clearing and grubbing, interior/building work (flooring, ceiling, plumbing, HVAC / mechanical, signage, electrical / lighting, painting, etc.) and site work (concrete, metal work / fencing, etc.), obtaining a building permit for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), and structural which consist of wet-stamped engineering drawings and structural calculations, and all associated work, as identified on the plans and specifications. CBDG project requires DBE participation.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
