Description
Reconfiguration of both existing men/women restrooms to 4 single use occupancy restrooms with toilet; one restroom to be ADA compliant, provide hand-washing station at exterior of facility, and provide ADA compliance for overall interior restroom. Work includes removing exterior privacy CMU wall at both existing men’s and women restroom entrance, ceiling, slope, plumbing and electrical improvements.
