City of Westminster is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the McFadden Ave. (Phase I) Brookhurst St. & Bolsa Ave. (Phase II) Street Improvement Project.

The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: Landscape Maintenance for Bosque at the Great Park.

The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents.

Work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: Grading, adjustment of City storm drain facilities; removal and replacement of sidewalk, curbs, curb and gutter, driveway approach, and asphalt concrete pavement; new install of sidewalk, curb ramps, retaining walls, local depression, and Filterra storm water treatment system; traffic signal modifications, re-striping, signing, markings, landscaping, tree removals, root pruning, irrigation systems and other items not mentioned here, and items as required by the plans and the Special Provisions.

Remove and replace existing pump station interior suction and discharge piping, valves, meters, pressure instruments, and all ancillary features thereto. Perform electrical system and instrumentation, telemetry, and control system improvements.

The work to be performed hereunder is located in the Cities of Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Hills, and Mission Viejo along and near the Alicia Parkway corridor. The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to upgrades to the traffic signal systems. Traffic signal system upgrades include video detection systems, CCTV systems, pull boxes and conduit, traffic signal controllers, ethernet switches, fiber optic cables, fiber distribution units, cables, wireless radio systems, fiber splice enclosures, inductive loop detectors, GPS EVP sensors, accessible pedestrian signal assemblies, traffic signal controller cabinets and foundations, service cabinets and foundations, and battery backup systems and cabinets.

The City of Laguna Beach (City) invites qualified Audio-Visual (AV) contractors to submit proposals for the design, procurement, installation, programming, testing, and commissioning of a complete AV system for the City's new Emergency Operations Center ("EOC") located at 30516 South Coast Highway, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. The system shall support daily operations, emergency activations, situational awareness and multiagency coordination by providing reliable real-time information sharing hybrid meeting capabilities and robust communication. The City has an existing Crestron-based AV control system installed in the City Council Chambers. To preserve the option for future unified system management and seamless integration between City facilities, the EOC AV system is specified as a Creston-based installation compatible with that existing infrastructure. The specified platform must be capable of such integration. The equipment identified in Exhibit A constitutes the required system.

The description of this project is The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) requires electrical services for the OCTA 91 Express Lanes gantry entrance. The work includes furnishing all labor, parts, equipment, closure crews, and personnel to perform all electrical work as detailed in the scope of work, the plans and specifications. All electrical installation, repair, and maintenance must comply with local and national codes and standards, including state, county, and municipal requirements, as well as the California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Cal OSHA).

The Work shall consist of, but not be limited to, construction of new emergency generator facilities including installation of two new generators and appurtenances (provided by others), and all related work.

The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: Construction of a single-story multi-tenant commercial building with restrooms consisting of a 9,571 square foot steel and wood building with an exterior envelope consisting mainly of corrugated metal and fiber cement siding with storefronts and operable multi-panel doors. The scope of the building includes footings, slab, all underground utilities, utilities as outlined in documents, structural framing, roofing, exterior enclosure with storefront and doors, interior fit out as identified, electrical switch gear, mechanical systems, lighting, fire protection, and plumbing infrastructure for future tenants, and other items not mentioned here, but are required by the plans and the Special Provisions. Building has been designed as a risk category III. (Reference attached IFB Document)

Description: Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR), with maintenance and repair services of five (5) Robinair 34788NI-H and five (5) Robinair AC1234-6 A/C machines.
