Dry Creek Greenway East Phase 1 Trail Project, Roseville, CA

Description: The Dry Creek Greenway East Phase 1 Multi-Use Trail Project consists of improvements including but not limited to clearing and grubbing, tree removal, implementation of environmental and permitting mitigation requirements, excavation, multi-use trail construction and paving, bridge and retaining wall construction, stone toe protection, rock slope protection, grading and erosion control measures, trailhead construction, underpass lighting, water line improvements, pedestrian crossing warning system, drainage, utilities, signage and striping. The Contractor shall begin work within 15 calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This work shall be diligently prosecuted to completion before the expiration of 300 working days beginning on the fifteenth calendar day after the date shown on the Notice to Proceed. All questions prior to the deadline for bid submissions shall be submitted via Public Purchase. The deadline for submissions of questions and clarifications regarding the Contract Documents is 18 calendar days before the deadline for bid submissions. DBE goal is 20%.
