Construction Management Services - Diamond Regional Sewer Lift Station & Dual Forcemains, Lake Elsinore, CA

Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (District) is a publicly owned water and sewer service agency with approximately 42,000 water, sewer, and agricultural water service connections. District is located in southwestern Riverside County and encompasses portions of four cities and several unincorporated areas. The outlined tasks are subject to modification and/or addition after the Construction Manager is selected. Construction Manager shall provide all services necessary to oversee successful completion of the construction project(s) and turnover of the new facilities to the District. The scope of services as outlined below are services identified by the District to be included into the scope at a minimum, however, the District is also relying on the expertise of the CM proposers to include in with their proposal additional services recommended (as optional tasks) due to the nature of these projects, in order to see both projects through as successful projects from beginning to end. There shall be one Construction Manager as the point of contact for both projects. Proposed additions and/or modifications to the Scope of Services shall be noted in the Consultant's proposal.
