Description

This project is located in the Coachella Valley and consists, in general, of the construction of approximately 8.7 miles of concrete path to accommodate bicycles, pedestrians, and low-speed electric vehicles. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, site demolition, a 14-foot wide concrete path, decomposed granite landscape improvements, wayfinding signage, benches, trash and recycling receptacles, water fountains, metal railing, solar pathway lights, grading, drainage, pathway centerline striping, seeded glass concrete, in addition to procuring all materials and performing all other work necessary to complete the work in accordance with the project plans and specifications. 200 working days base bid and 60 working days additive alternate 1. DBE goal is 23%.
