Description
The City of Banning is requesting proposals from a qualified public entity or private firm, to provide Design Services for the Upgrade of Traffic Signal Hardware at 17 Intersections throughout the City of Banning as part of HSIP Cycle 11, HSIPSL-5214(016). The scope of work will consist of the preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) and construction support.
