Description
The work generally consists of existing roadway demolition, construction CIDH piles in wet conditions, installing a bridge structure, retaining walls, new roadway work, utilities, storm drain system, traffic signal, signing and striping. The structure will be a three span, cast-in-place prestressed (CIP/PS) concrete box girder bridge. The structure will be 335'-0" long and 66'-0" wide. There are no existing structures at the proposed location. Utility improvements will include 647 LF of 12” water line, 567 LF of 24” waterline, 503 LF of 18” recycled water line, and 342 LF of 48” recycled water line within the new bridge structure and roadway. Roadway improvements will include a new pavement section, vertical realignment of the bridge approaches at both ends, lighting. DBE goal is 21%
