The rehabilitation of AC pavement by primarily, but not limited to, grinding existing AC pavement, sealing existing cracks, full depth reconstruction dig outs, placing a rubberized hot mix asphalt over an engineering interlayer fabric, and installing signing, striping, markings and pavement markers.
