Project Overview: The project consists of evaluating, designing, and preparing the Civic Center facilities and the Old Town Parking Garage for an exterior painting program, along with addressing associated maintenance, repair, and safety improvements. Work includes, but is not limited to: Structural and architectural condition assessments, Evaluation of building envelope systems (including roofing and exterior finishes), Development of repair strategies and construction documents, and Security improvements at public-facing service areas. Key areas of focus include: Precast concrete panel attachment failures at the Civic Center, Roof and building envelope leaks, Structural and surface deterioration within the parking structure, Exterior plaster system cracking and deterioration, and Security enhancements at the lobby and community development counter.

The work generally consists of, but is not limited to installing a raised median, adding bike lanes, installing new loop detectors and Signing/Striping.

The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, testing, utility coordination, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the Traffic Signal at Palm Drive and 20th Avenue (City Project No. 3001). Improvements generally include construction of a new traffic signal system; installation of electrical service, vehicle detection equipment, and accessible pedestrian signal (APS) facilities; roadway and drainage improvements; reconstruction of ADA-compliant curb ramps and sidewalks; signing and striping improvements; and all related appurtenant work required to provide a complete and fully operational signalized intersection and improve pedestrian accessibility and safety.

The Palm Desert Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified HVAC contractors to provide preventative maintenance, repair, emergency response, replacement coordination, utility program coordination, reporting, and asset management support for HVAC systems located at Authority-owned, operated, or managed properties. The selected Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, documentation, and coordination necessary to inspect, maintain, repair, service, and support covered HVAC systems in a safe, reliable, responsive, and cost-effective manner.

The selected Contractor shall provide as-needed flooring material procurement and installation services for Palm Desert Housing Authority-owned residential properties and related facilities. Services include field measurement, procurement, delivery, removal and disposal of existing flooring, floor preparation, installation of approved flooring materials and accessories, cleanup, final inspection coordination, warranty service, and call-back service.

The scope of work consists of full removal of existing pool and spa plaster finish. Surface preparation, bond coat application, and installation of new plaster finish. Waterline tile cleaning and restoration. Installation of three LEDs pool/spa lights. Application of brick clay coping sealer to protect and extend lifespan of coping. Repair and repainting of pool/spa deck surfacing. All work to be performed in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.

This project consists of installing temporary shoring be provided to relieve excessive loads prior to beam installation. Remove the existing stucco beneath the second-floor walkway within the limits where the column supports are to be constructed to allow for inspection of the existing structural members and to allow for installation of the missing columns. All affected framing elements be inspected by a licensed engineer to assess potential overstress, damage or any missing structural elements. Construct two missing 24 square by 12 thick support columns footings. Install two missing 6x6 support columns and install Simpson girder connectors per Column to Beam Connection. Install Column faade and second-floor walkway stucco per the Street Elevation.

The scope of work generally consists of but is not limited to the construction of ADA accessible sidewalks, ADA Curb Ramps and PCC driveway approaches in areas where those facilities do not currently exist and/or replacement of said facilities where the existing condition is not compliant with current ADA standards. It shall be the Contractors responsibility to investigate each area and determine the extent of the work, specific to each location, necessary to ensure all new concrete is in full conformance with current ADA standards and all other relevant standards, codes, and ordinances. The work also includes any grading, compacting, removal, disposal, relocation of any existing items necessary to complete the work including, but not limited to, street signs, traffic signs, trees, concrete, asphalt and any other incidentals.

The scope of work generally consists of, but is not limited to Grind and Overlay, Replacement of Curb Ramps, Sidewalks, Curb and Gutter, and replacement of Signing and Striping.

The City of Lake Elsinore, hereinafter referred to as the City, is inviting proposals from qualified firms to bid on the Annual Curb, Gutter & Sidewalk Repair Program which consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals for maintenance, repair, and construction of concrete pavement located within Lake Elsinore city limits. The amount of work to be assigned is determined by the annual budget approved by the City Council.
