Description
This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Asphalt Concrete Paving Services. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the Lump Sum Service Rate specified on Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment and every other item of expense necessary to provide the services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), R.A. McGee Correctional Training Center (CTC), located at 9850 Twin Cities Road, Galt, CA 95632. There will be no additional compensation for time involved with, travel, meals, lodging or getting into and out of the Institution. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Term is through 12/31/21
