All labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide excavation, place CL2 AB, HMA & RHMA and modify the ramp meters on Route 5 in and near Sacramento from 0.5 mile South of Arena Blvd. Overcrossing to 0.4 mile south of the 99 / 5 Interchange and from 0.5 mile Norht of the 99 / 5 Interchange to 0.4 mile south of the Yolo County Line. Do not bid less than 145 working days and not more than 205 working days. Federal Funds. DBE 27%
