Description
The Sacramento Housing Redevelopment Agency is soliciting sealed bids for to Implement a Soil Removal Action Plan for lead impacted soils at subject site. The general project objectives are soil excavation, stockpiling of excavated soils, chemical profiling of stockpiled soils, off-site disposal at a licensed disposal facility, and backfilling to original grades. Possible subcontracting trades are C-12 Earthwork & Paving; C-31 Construction Zone Traffic Control and Lead Abatement; LEAD. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on Feb 28th. The Contractor shall complete all work required under this contract within Thirty (30) calendar days of the effective date of the contract. MBE/WBE & GFE documentation required.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
