Description
This project includes removal and replacement of existing paving, curbs, landscaping and light poles. Reconfiguring of parking lot layout. Grind and overlay of existing bus lane, parking lot and hard court area. Reworking of landscaping irrigation piping and electrical conduits and circuiting to new light poles. Painted striping at parking lots and striping for hard court. New accessible parking stalls, new entrance, new exit and signage. New ornamental iron fencing, and CMU trash enclosure. New volleyball standards and posts at hard court area. Time for completion is 156 calendar days. First day at site is May 30, 2023. DVBE goal is 3%.
