General work description: The removal and construction of new paving, flatwork and landscaping along the I Street frontage of the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium at the existing temporary loading dock. The work includes earthwork and grading activities, new curb, gutter, sidewalk, asphalt paving, storm drain, striping and signage, landscaping and irrigation. LBE goal is 5%.
