Description
Scope of Work including but not limited to: The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of existing play apparatuses in the main playground and kindergarten areas. Including grading and flatwork around the play areas as shown in plans. Poured-in-place fall protection surfacing will be installed in designated play areas. Additionally, a PC-approved shade structure will be installed at the main playground. The project also involves the demolition and replacement of the main entrance concrete walkway, ensuring compliance with ADA accessibility requirements. Minor ADA upgrades will be made to the existing restroom, including minor fixture and hardware modifications. [If a 21 Bidder does not achieve at least the 3% DVBE goal, then the Bidder must establish Good Faith Efforts (“GFE”) 22 to have met the goal,
