Description

Project Description: The Project Management Contractor (PM Contractor) shall assist in and be responsible for the oversight, administration, and management of projects. This Scope of Services outlines the responsibilities, activities, and deliverables that will be assigned to the PM Contractor. At a minimum, the PM Contractor shall provide Project Management Services for the duration of the Contract, including all resources necessary to perform Project Management services such as estimation, scheduling and project control. If Contractor determines that specific tasks require that services be provided on-site at a SMUD facility, and SMUD will negotiate with Contractor about providing office space, typical office supplies, and computers for PM Contractor staff involved with project activities on an as-needed basis.
