Description
Project Description: The Contactor shall furnish and maintain the necessary services, supervision, labor, materials, equipment and supplies to provide and complete Floor Covering Services at various locations within the City and County of Sacramento. The Contractor will perform the following tasks: Receive electronic notification of vacant and/or occupied units available for inspection and bidding on a daily basis. Inspect available vacant and occupied units to establish a fair and reasonable firm-fixed bid price. Submit bids. Provide Floor Covering Services at vacant and occupied units. Provide ongoing communication with the Agency while work is in progress.
