Description
Scope of Services: The contractor will provide two major annual deep cleanings of the American River Courtyard suitesabout 150 suites with 600 bedseach lasting roughly two weeks: one after spring semester (late Mayearly June, including carpet cleaning) and one after summer conferences (late Julyearly August). The contractor must also be available for additional, as-needed room turnover cleanings in traditional residence halls to support quick transitions between summer events and the new academic year.
